Utonomy was formed in 2001 by Michael Welty, CPA on the principle that small businesses must have an organized accounting system, qualified accountants, and experienced financial management executives in order to succeed in a competitive business environment. Michael credits his experience with exceptional companies as the catalyst and inspiration to form Utonomy.
